{[VA]} is a protectorate that assists those it protects and in turn is assisted by them when needed.
It is a neutral entity made up of individuals that serve it directly and clans that join who can get along and watch
each other's back.
Unlike some clans, there are not many restrictions or rules. The leader is a pretty good guy, unless
he gets annoyed, or worse, pissed off. Other than that, no worries, heh heh. Those individuals directly associated with {[VA]}
can get medals and awards at any time they feel like.
